Analysis

To examine how the promotion is performing over time, select Analyse from the toolbar.

Note: selecting to Analyse the promotion performance from the Promotions List (which can be filtered and sorted as required), will ensure that Next and Previous buttons are available to allow a quick comparison of the performance of the listed promotions.

The following fields can be selected to filter the displayed chart, showing the Promotion performance over time:

Field	Description
Period	To adjust the time period of the data displayed in the chart, select from: oLast 6 Months oLast 6 Weeks oLast 7 Days
Show	To adjust the statistics displayed in the chart, select from: oUsage by Count The number of times the promotion has been applied in the selected time period, split by: Total Uses The count of uses in all validated baskets Total Confirmed Uses The count of uses in all confirmed baskets Total Missed The count of times the promotion was reported as missed oAverage Values Average values for promotion in the selected time period, split by: Average Discount Value The average discount value applied to all validated baskets Average Confirmed Discount Value The average discount value applied to confirmed baskets. Average Missed Discount Value The average discount value reported as missed for baskets. Average Missed Required Spend Value The average required spend value across all baskets required for the promotion to be applied, when reported as missed. oConfirmed Discount The net total discount value across confirmed baskets for the selected time period
Channel	Where required, filter the displayed statistics for baskets submitted through the selected channel.

Sharing

To share the current chart being displayed, select the Save as Pdf button on the toolbar. This will create a Pdf containing an image of the chart, and download it, ready to be shared.

Exporting Data

The promotion activity data for the past year can be downloaded by selecting the Download button from the toolbar. On the subsequent pop-up, the following fields are displayed:

Field	Description
Name	The name of the selected promotion. [Read only]
Select Channel	Where required, select the channel to filter the extracted statistics to. If no value is selected, statistics for all channels will be included.
Select Month	[Required] Select the month for which to extract promotion activity statistics.
Select download format	Select from: oDownload as XML The extracted data will be downloaded as an XML document. oDownload as Excel ready XML The extracted data will be downloaded as an XML document formatted for Microsoft Excel. The downloaded file can be opened in Excel, and contains formatting and layout pre-applied. oDownload as CSV The extracted data will be downloaded as a comma separated text file. oDownload as JSON The extracted data will be downloaded as a JSON document.
