Users are managed within the subscription's Organisation, and are then assigned permissions to each company. To create and manage users, go to the Organisation Dashboard and select Organisation Users.
Organisation Users
To create a new organisation user, go to the Organisation Dashboard and select Organisation Users. Enter a unique user name, an email (to which an activation link will be sent) and a strong password. Finally, select the user's default permissions within existing companies:
oDefault Permissions
The new user will have default permissions within all companies. Default permissions allow users to login and edit configuration data, and Promotions, but users may not publish promotions.
oNo Permissions
The new user will not have access to any companies until they are assigned.
oCopy Permissions
The new user will be created with the same permissions in all companies as the selected existing user.
oOrganisation Administrator
The new user will have full permissions to all companies and can manage your organisation (including creating other Organisation Administrators).
When editing a user from the Organisation Users list, the username and email can be updated. Further to this the user can be updated to be an Organisation Administrator.
Assigning Permissions to Companies
Users configured as Organisation Administrators have full permissions in all companies.
To manage a user's permission within a company, go to the Organisation Dashboard, and for the required company select Manage Users from the Manage menu. Select Edit to amend the user's permissions within the company.

Loyalty Scheme Editor

Loyalty Scheme Editors can create and update schemes.
Note: this permission is only available where the Loyalty Module is enabled for the company.

Loyalty Scheme Publisher
|
Scheme Publishers can publish loyalty schemes.
Note: this permission is only available where the Loyalty Module is enabled for the company, and where the Loyalty Scheme Editor permission is selected.

Loyalty Scheme Account Editors can create and update scheme accounts and contacts.

Loyalty Scheme Points Editor

Loyalty Scheme Points Editors can adjust the points for an account.

Loyalty Contact Details Viewers can see contact surname, first name and emails where available.

Loyalty Configuration Editors can manage configuration data for Loyalty, including Reporting Codes.

Product editors can create and update products.

Campaign/Coupon Editor
|
Campaign/Coupon editors can create and update campaigns/coupons and related reporting codes.

Attribute editors can create and update all attributes.

Registered User
|
Registered users can submit test baskets in the basket builder.
Note: deselecting this permission will cause all other permissions to be deselected.
