By default, access to the Qixol Promo API is restricted by IP address for production companies. To disable this security feature, please contact Qixol. Interactions with the Promo API for evaluating/development companies is not restricted by IP address.
To manage the list of permitted IP addresses for a production company, navigate to Permitted IP addresses under Configuration.
IP addresses are split into two categories:
oBasket Service Access
IP addresses listed will be permitted to interact with production companies via the Promo Basket Services. See API Schemas and Samples for more information.
oData Management Service Access
IP addresses listed will be permitted to interact with production companies via all Promo services excluding the Basket Services. See API Schemas and Samples for more information.
Updates to the IP addresses list can take up to 24 hours to be applied.
