Organisation - Manage Users

Overview

Within an organisation, users are managed both at the organisation level (for user creation, editing and deletion) and at the company level (for defining each user's permissions within the company).

Support for multiple companies is available as part of the Promo Organisation Module. If you do not already have this module enabled, please contact Qixol Technical support, or your account manager, who will be happy to arrange a trial of the module for you.

To create a new user select Add New from the toolbar. When creating a new user, you will be prompted to provide a unique user name, an email address and a password for the new user. Further to this, you can select how to configure the user's default access for all the companies in your organisation. When a new user is created they will receive an email with a link to activate their account.

Organisation users can be configured with different permissions to each company. To configure the permissions for a user in a company, select the Manage drop-down menu beneath the required company and then select Manage Users. Open the user and configure the permissions as required.


Organisation Administrators

Only users defined as Organisation Administrators can create, edit or delete users in an organisation.
