All interactions with the Promo API are against a company, and each company is assigned a Services Interaction Key (also described as the company key).
The services interaction key is available for evaluating companies by navigating to Manage Company under Configuration. For production companies, your key will be emailed to you when you configure your production company. If a key needs to be provided for a production company at any other time, please contact Qixol.
New keys can be issued to facilitate the periodic cycling of keys for enhanced security. To request a new key please contact the Qixol Promo support team, and a new key will be issued to your company. The previous keys will be disabled at an agreed time, based upon the review with the Qixol Promo support team.
