Promotion Notifications are configured to inform users in the Promotion Watchers list when events occur related to the promotion.
Promotion Watchers
Promotion Watchers will receive, via email, a notification information them that one of the configured scenarios has occurred for the promotion. Select Add to add one or more users to the Promotion Watchers list. Promotion Watchers can be removed individually be selecting the remove cross next to their name, or by select Clear All.
The setting Add current user as Promotion Watcher for new promotions, when configured with a value of true, will ensure that the current user is automatically added as a Promotion Watcher to the promotion when it is created.
Note the Company Watchers (managed only by users with the Company Administrator role) can also be configured to receive the selected notifications where the Receive email notifications for configured promotions? field is selected under Reports and Notifications.
